Baby Steps

September 17I went for my weigh in today and lost another 1.2 pounds. Not bad considering my Benihana splurge last weekend, which undoubtedly threw my body for a loop. I’m becoming increasingly impatient with the lack of carbohydrates, so they’ve decided to let me start adding 1 serving of carbs back into my diet. I’m still eating only once per day, but am now allowed to have some fruit, bread, rice, pasta, or dairy with my meal. Here is my first balanced dinner in 13 weeks — spinach, romaine, green beans, a turkey burger patty and brown rice. I savored every bite!
